Naturally air-dried, 100% beef “boerewors”. NO colorants, MSG, hormones, antibiotics, acid regulators or anti-caking agents – just air-dried, seasoned with coarsely ground coriander and a special blend of carefully selected spices.

To maintain the cold chain, all the wors, sausage & bacon are always shipped frozen by overnight express. Products may arrive slightly thawed.
